Carolina Ovando Silva (she/they) is a Multimedia Artist and Designer currently based in Berlin, from Chile.
Graduated from Desing with mention in Industrial Design at Faculty of Arts, Architecture and Design Universidad Diego Portales, Chile.
Interested in exploring the diverse expressions of the digital image and video and the possible strategies of deformation of
human and non-human bodies inmersive in narratives that often involves fantasy worlds. Focusing their practice in rethinking the memory of a physical world in a virtual world.
Has experience in a wide variety of disciplines and enjoys working with: graphic design, creative direction, 3D modeling and animation, extended reality, 3D print, screen-printing, visuals, analog and digital video. And experience in selection and curation of video art programs and cultural production.
